Packaging

Your Stow order will arrive in minimal packaging - a cardboard box, tissue paper, paper tape, recyclable filler and compostable labels. These can all be reused or recycled once you have unpacked your order. We won't fill your box with product information, instead we make this information available on our website for you to reference when needed.  

 

Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $14 for shipping within Australia. Please get in touch for a quote for worldwide shipping - hello@stowandco.co

 

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your choice. If you are not completely happy you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is returned in its original condition.

To return an item please contact us by email: hello@stowandco.co within 7 days of your purchase. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items.
